“Performance Analysis of Double Gate MOSFET using Verilog-A script in Cadence Tools”

The work had started with the implementation of Verilog-A script for Double Gate MOSFET in Cadence tools. Later on, various characteristics of DG MOSFET were observed from different circuit-simulations so as to verify its benefits over bulk MOSFETs.
